2. Purchase of Fine Art Prints – Terms of Sale

2.1 Nature of the Works

All works offered for purchase are unframed fine art prints produced from original artworks through an artist-led process. They are not original artworks. This distinction is communicated clearly to support informed decisions.

2.2 Product Information

We take care to describe prints, sizes, and formats accurately. However, slight variations in colour, tone, and proportion may occur between on-screen images and the physical print due to differences in screens, devices, and printing processes.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated in the currency shown on the website and may be updated from time to time. Payment is required in full at the time of order, using the payment methods made available at checkout.

2.4 Order Acceptance

An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example, where an item is unavailable, information is inaccurate, or payment cannot be processed. If an order cannot be accepted after payment, a refund will be issued.

2.5 Format and Framing

All works are sold as unframed fine art prints unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page. Framing shown in sample or interior images is for display purposes only.

2.6 Custom Sizes

Where custom size requests are agreed, they will be confirmed in writing before production. Custom-sized prints may have different delivery times and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2.7 Risk and Title

Risk in the print passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once full payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We prepare and package prints individually, using protective materials (such as tubes) intended to minimise risk during transit.

3.2 Estimated delivery times and available destinations will be indicated during checkout or in our communications with you. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs processes.

3.3 Where orders are shipped to destinations outside the country of dispatch, you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by local authorities.

4. Returns & Cancellations

4.1 We encourage you to contact us promptly if there is any concern about your order. Any issues with damage in transit or apparent defects should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, ideally with photographs of the packaging and the print.

4.2 For non-custom orders, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer law, which may include a right to cancel within a specified period. Where such rights apply, we will honour them in accordance with the relevant regulations.

4.3 For custom-size prints or specially agreed formats, cancellation may not be available once production has begun, except where the print is damaged or defective or where required by applicable law.

4.4 Where a return or replacement is agreed, we will provide instructions for safely returning the print. Items should be returned in appropriate protective packaging to avoid further damage.
